We’ll show you how to assemble and decorate your own 8" round Dream Tart, step by step. You’ll practise how to:

  • Hold a piping bag and pipe even dollops of cream.
  • Stack your sablée pastry layers and keep them aligned.
  • Arrange toppings to create a design that feels like yours.

We’ll bake the pastry layers ahead of time so you can spend the class piping, assembling, and decorating. No decorating experience is needed, and you’ll leave with your finished Dream Tart boxed to take home.

Where & what's included

Classes are held at our shop, 3543 Gateway Blvd, Edmonton.

We bake the pastry layers ahead of time. Your ticket includes the pre-baked layers, cream, toppings, tools to use during class, and a box to take your finished tart home. One ticket covers one participant and one tart.

Allergens

Our class tarts contain nuts, gluten, wheat and dairy. Our kitchen handles multiple allergens, so we cannot guarantee against cross-contact.
