YEG Dream Tarts began as a dream — one baked late at night in a small kitchen, with big hopes and even bigger heart.

What started with a few cream tarts made for friends quickly turned into a local sensation. Orders grew, word spread, and one day I realized: I wasn’t just baking desserts anymore — I was building something much bigger.

Today, YEG Dream Tarts is Canada’s first and only dedicated cream tart bakery, nestled in the heart of Edmonton. Our signature creations — crisp pâte sablée tarts filled with silky whipped vanilla cream and adorned with meringues, chocolates, and joyful toppings — are designed to celebrate life’s moments, big and small.
