The love I feel every single day in this little shop… it’s something I can’t even put into words.
I’m truly obsessed with doing the best we can — with creating something different, something you’ve never tasted before. All I ever hoped was to sell enough tarts to cover my high expenses. Because let me tell you… having a shop on Gateway Blvd is no easy task.

Over the past year, I’ve been scared — scared that every good month might just be a one-time thing.
Running this business has pushed me so far out of my comfort zone.

Every single dollar we’ve earned has been reinvested into this space.
We’ve grown only with your help.
And being able to employ others and pay myself a salary — that felt like a dream I never thought I could reach.

I started this with no blueprint. Just me — and my obsession with making our customers happy. I never chased money. I built this to offer something truly special, something I loved.

After all these years… after all the desserts I’ve tried… these tarts are still my family’s favourite. And mine.
We’ll keep improving, we’ll keep listening, and we’ll keep creating.

Because the respect I have for every single person who walks through our doors? It’s beyond words.

When I was designing the layout of my small kitchen, every decision felt big — and one of the most important was where to put the mop sink. I knew I had limited space, but I also knew how critical it was to keep our kitchen clean, organized, and compliant. I chose to install it right by the back door exit so it wouldn’t interfere with our daily workflow but would always be easy to access.
